Just a Sweet Note

If you are looking for The Scrapbooking Queen's Royal Digi Challenge, click HERE.

Happy Tuesday Everyone!  Did you guys get to cook out and eat watermelon for the Memorial Day weekend?  I sure did!

I decided to make a "fun" card today to send to a special someone that is in my Crafty Pen Pal group.

A friend of mine has been sending me cards that measure 4 inches by 4 inches.  I did not realize how fun they are!  I mostly make A2 size cards and decided to "make a change" and create a few cards that are the smaller size.  I used the Sweet Treats Cricut cartridge for the cupcake with paper in my scrap drawer.  The small flower is an embellishment from an old K&Co Dogwood Embellishment pack.  The sentiment, "Sending Sweet wishes your Way! is from The Scrapbooking Queen's Princess' Birthday Stamp Set.  It is just perfect for this cute cupcake!  You can find all of The Queen's stamp sets HERE.

I hope everyone has a special day today and hope you get a chance to visit your craft room.

  2. Such a great card! I love 4x4 cards. They still fit in an A2 envelope, and are so fun to make! Love the little flower in the corner. TFS :)

  4. Love your card. . .I love making square cards but rarely do so because of the extra postage that it takes. I usually do them if I am going to hand deliver them. Thanks for the tip that the smaller size fits into the A2 envelope!
