Cardz TV Challenge # 3 - Day One

Yeah! Today begins a new challenge over at Mary's Cardz TV Stamps Challenges!!

CTV Challenge #3 "The 3 R's" January 13, 14, and 15th!

For CTV Ch#3, make a card for any occasion using one or all of the 3 R's... Ribbon, Rhinestones or Rick Rack.

Here are all the details on my card...

I chose to use RHINESTONES on this card for the challenge.

A2 size card base (5 1/2" x 4 1/4")

Cupcake from SWEET TREATS p. 28 cut @ 3 1/2".

Cupcake mat from ELEGANT EDGES p. 51 cut @ 3 1/2".

Swiss Dots used to emboss Heart with Cuttlebug.

Divine Swirl used to emboss Cupcake Icing with Cuttlebug.

CARD RECIPE:

• A2 size card base (5 1/2" x 4 1/4") using green cardstock from Recollections
• Background glittered, striped paper from The Paper Studio called Birthday Extravaganza cut @ 5 1/4" x 4".
• ELEGANT EDGES for Sentiment mat. "Butterfly2" page 51 cut @ 3 1/4" with Shadow feature.
• BIRTHDAY BASH for Cake with Candle page 25 cut @ 4".
• Heart rhinestones from Studio 112.
• "Make A Wish" sentiment stamp from Mary's CARDZ TV STAMPS set called, "Make A Wish".

Cannot believe I have 10 "friend" birthdays for the month of December, including my son.  I better get busy and make more birthday cards!  Have a great day!
