I have been making cards, mostly thank you cards but decided to "branch" away and make a "froggie" card for my son's girlfriend and include a book mark as well.  Ali came with my son to visit us for Christmas and she is just adorable!

This card was made using scraps that are on my work table, including the frog cut which is from the Paisley cartridge and is cut at three inches.  The sentiment stamps are from CARDZTV STAMPS (SHOP HERE).

Pet Layout

Happy Sunday everyone!

This is such a busy time of year!  Buying gifts...wrapping presents, putting lights on the house, decorating the tree....it just goes on and on!  Now that is done...time to go to the grocery store, purchase some fun ingredients and bake some cookies!  Ok, I admit it.  I did not do one thing except watch Billy DO IT ALL.  Just love my hubby!  I have been a little "under the weather" so Billy got elected to do all of the work!  I can tell he enjoyed it.

Billy purchased some pet costumes for our two little dogs and we had a wonderful laugh at their faces while we took pictures!

This is Calhoun, our white chocolate miniature schnauzer

 

 

OJ (for Otis, Jr.)  He would not sit still for an individual photo.

 

 

I decided to send these pictures to Walgreen's to print and make a quick layout for the photos.  Although they are dressed up in Santa outfits, I decided to make a generic theme.

 

 

 

 

This layout took about 20  minutes to make.  The paw paper is from a pack of paper I picked up at Tuesday Morning....the burlap was a gift from Susan of Itsmesusanp.blogspot.com.  Thank you Susan!  Large paw is from the Paper Pups Cricut cartridge cut at 2.5 inches.  "Fur Babies" letters are felt stickers.  The adorable paw button, dog button, dog bone and little adorable mini hearts were a gift from Janis at pausedreamenjoy.blogspot.com.  Thank you Janis!

 

I did not want a journaling spot because I think the pictures speak for themselves.  I decided to use Cardztv's "Barks and Bones" stamp set.  You can check out Mary's awesome stamps HERE.  The comment bubble for the  "BOW WOW! was printed at 3/4 of an inch.  It is also from Paper Pups.

December Layout

Is Black Friday over?  Did any of you brave the crowds to try to purchase a bargain?  Not me! Well, kind of.  By "kind of", I purchased a few crafty items online that were great bargains! 

Now that turkey day is over, the front porch is beginning to look like Christmas, as well as our tree!

In light of the picture of the tree, and hopefully soon, our decorated mantle, I made a layout for the two pictures:

Calendar Page for the month of November

Every month I make a 12 by 12 Calendar Page to hang on the wall in my craft room.  The month "November", leaves, grid, and numbers were all cut from the Cricut cartridge called Designer Calendar.  All papers came from the DCWV Autumn Splendor Cardstock pack.  I have really enjoyed making these calendar pages.

Cricut Lite Teddy Bear Parade Blog Hop

Image stamped on cream cardstock and colored with Bic Mark It! Markers
