Here We Come A Caroling

Welcome to The Scrapbooking Queen's Here We Come a Caroling Blog Hop!  We hope you enjoy all the adorable projects everyone has made for this hop.

I just love Christmas carols.  My mother used to sing them to me as a child.  We would sit around the piano while my sister or I played  and everyone would sing.  One of my favorite songs is I'LL BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS.  This song was originally written for the soldiers in mind during World War II because they could only be home in their dreams. The song was originally sung by Bing Crosby. To this day I can hear Bing  Crosby singing this song with the John Trotter Orchestra.

I made the above A2 size card with a front door in mind and a wreath.  The wreath was cut from the Cricut Celebrate with Flourish glitter paper at 3.5 inches.  Poinsetta flower is from K and Company.  The sentiment is from Cardz TV Home for Christmas Stamp Set.

For my giveaway, I'll be choosing 1 winner with a

  18. Wow, a piano huh. Well we use to play the LP records. I would play them over and over again. When I had my daughter she memorized them and would sing them. Your wreath looks real with all the beautiful shine.

  23. When I was a little girl, I didn't live with my mom for a few years. I just shared this with my 12 year old son today and told him that even though my mom wasn't with us at Christmas, she would tape herself singing Christmas songs and send it to us and we would sing along with her. Thank you for sharing and making my Christmas merrier. Aloha, Annette ahunafam@gmail.com
